Development of SAUNAC course materials and teaching methods

October 25, 2017

SAUNAC partners met in Ho Chi Minh City between 16-20 October to further develop the activities designed to help universities in Vietnam respond to the challenge of building Sustainable Cities. European universities from Finland, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Spain and Germany met with their peers in Vietnam to develop new course materials for teaching students about the subject as well as examining teaching methods and course content.

Much of the week was spent ensuring that all new provision that is being developed by the partners is suitable for the Vietnamese university system. By the end of the week all partners had identified the essential elements of the course provision together and will now work on drafting the courses in time for a second series of pilot workshops and completion of the full course design by March 2018.
